7778B AXION – Wall mount eyewash – all stainless steel

The Haws® eye wash model 7778B AXION is the optimal solution for industrial applications where highest corrosion resistance is required. It complies to the standards EN 15154-2 and ANSI Z358.1. All components are made of stainless steel and makes this permanently installed eye wash extremely corrosion resistant and very rugged. The patented AXION® shower head delivers reliable a compliant water jet for rinsing simultaneously eyes and face. The unique, centered AXION water jet eliminates the main issues of other eye wash systems to provide proper first aid. Model 7778B AXION also includes a stainless steel wall bracket, yellow plastic pop-off dust cover for eye wash head and eye wash safety sign.

8330 AXION – Freestanding Emergency Shower

The Haws® all stainless steel combination emergency shower 8330 AXION consists of an emergency body shower with stainless steel head and an eyewash station with stainless steel bowl. It complies to the standards EN 15154 and ANSI Z358.1 and is the optimal solution for industrial applications where highest corrosion resistance is required. All components are made of stainless steel and makes this freestanding combination shower extremely corrosion resistant and very rugged.

The combination emergency shower 8330 AXION comprises an AXION® overhead drench shower and an AXION face+eyewash. The eyewash is activated by a push plate and delivers reliable a compliant water jet for rinsing simultaneously eyes and face. The AXION nozzle of the drench shower is activated by a pull-down handle and delivers a soft and homogenous flow across the entire footprint. The unique AXION system eliminates the main issues of other emergency shower and eyewash systems to provide proper first aid.

The Haws 8336 AXION combination shower and eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. 9327CE – Instantaneous electric water heater – CE compliant

The Haws® 9327CE stainless steel Instantaneous Electric Water Heater is designed to provide immediate tepid water for safety showers and eyewashes. In accordance with EN 15154 guidelines, tepid water, ideally between 20°C and 25°C, ensures that victims can use the emergency equipment for the recommended 15 minutes without the risk of hypothermia or scalding.

Capable of delivering between 9.5 and 151 liters per minute of tepid water, the 9327CE can feed either a combination safety shower or multiple eyewash stations. When activated, the instantaneous heater quickly heats the water to the set tepid temperature in a matter of seconds. The predictive control algorithm ensures precise temperature control (+/- 1°C at steady state flow) of the tepid water.

The 9327CE stainless steel Instantaneous Electric Water Heater simplifies installation by integrating directly into the cold water supply pipe for the safety equipment, eliminating the need for a thermostatic mixing valve. It is a safe and smart solution, providing endless tepid water for emergency equipment across all industries, including offshore applications.

Unit also is equipped with an in-line 50 x 50 mesh water strainer and stainless steel dust cover so when debris is present, the irrigation process stays protected.
