Instantaneous electric water heater 9321CE – indoor – compact design – CE compliant

The Haws® 9321CE compact indoor Instantaneous Electric Water Heater is designed to provide immediate tepid water for safety showers and eyewashes. In accordance with EN 15154 guidelines, tepid water, ideally between 20°C and 25°C, ensures that victims can use the emergency equipment for the recommended 15 minutes without the risk of hypothermia or scalding.

Capable of delivering between 9.5 and 114 liters per minute of tepid water, the 9321CE can feed either a combination safety shower or multiple eyewash stations. When activated, the instantaneous heater quickly heats the water to the set tepid temperature in a matter of seconds. The predictive control algorithm ensures precise temperature control (+/- 1°C at steady state flow) of the tepid water.

The 9321CE compact indoor Instantaneous Water Heater simplifies installation by integrating directly into the cold water supply pipe for the safety equipment, eliminating the need for a thermostatic mixing valve. It is a safe and smart solution, providing endless tepid water for indoor-installed emergency equipment across the industries.

Wall mount eye wash 7260 AXION – ABS bowl

Model 7260 AXION wall mounted eye and face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain.

Certified by CSA to meet the ANSI Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment.

TWBS.EW.H – Instantaneous Water Heater

Model TWBS.EW.H An on-demand, prepackaged, fully engineered and tested tempering system to provide tempered water instantaneously. System is designed to increase cold water temperature by a minimum of 19° C at 15.1 L flow and 38° C at 7.5 L; thus it is suitable for single eyewash application. Outlet water temperature is factory set at 26° C.

TWBS.EWE – Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Model TWBS.EWE, lead-free Emergency Valve (patent pending) thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency eyewash equipment. The valve contains a secondary high temperature limit valve to provide additional protection to the user in the event of main tempering valve malfunction. Additionally, to ensure a fail-safe water supply for emergency shower and eyewash stations, a series of cold water by-pass valves open in the event of hot water pressure loss. (No gauges supplied – ASSE 1071 standard recommends gauges be placed 5 to 8 feet (1.52 to 2.44 m) downstream for the most accurate temperature measurement.)

Listings: ASSE 1071, CSA B125.3, NSF/ANSI 372, NSF/ANSI 61-section 8, California Health and Safety Code 116875 (AB 1953).

TWBS.HF – Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Model TWBS.HF, lead-free Emergency Valve (patent pending), thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency shower and eyewash equipment. The valve contains a secondary high temperature limit valve to provide additional protection to the user in the event of main tempering valve malfunction. Additionally, to ensure a fail-safe water supply for emergency shower and eyewash stations, a pressure sensing diverter valve is provided that sends a pressure signal to open the cold water by-pass valve in the event of hot water pressure loss, main valve thermostat malfunction, or clogged cold water check-stop.

TWBS.SHE – Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Model TWBS.SHE, lead-free Emergency Valve (patent pending), thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency shower and eyewash equipment.
