8904 AXION – AXION® MSR Deck Mount Eye/Face WashHaws 8904 AXION deck mounted eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. Unit is activated with simple squeeze lever operation.
- Dust cover allows for the 8904 AXION to stay protected from debris when not in use
- Easily detected and maintained, emergency equipment is equipped with safety sign and test card to record weekly testing
- 8 foot (243.8 cm) green hose provides an extended coverage area to further optimize the irrigation process
- In order to comply with state codes the use of a vacuum breaker is required with all hand held eye/face wash body spray units (Haws offers model SP212)
Certified by CSA to meet the ANSI Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment.
8901RFK AXION – Emergency Body Spray KitModel 8901RFK AXION body spray features a ABS plastic head, stay-open squeeze lever valve, 8 foot (243.8 cm) hose and installation kit. Kit includes clamp hook-up, tee clips and fitting for retrofit installation on most combination shower and eyewash units. Supply: 1/2″ IPS.
In order to comply with state codes the use of a vacuum breaker is required with all hand held body spray units (Haws offers model SP212) Per ANSI, “Hand held drench hoses provide support for emergency shower and eyewash units, but shall not replace them.”
8901B AXION – Emergency Body SprayOften times it is beneficial to have a hose unit like the 8901B AXION to assist in the irrigation process. Haws Model 8317CTFP AXION ATEX heat traced combination shower and eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). AXION MSR also offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. Better use of the water flowing through the shower makes it more effective while providing a more comfortable environment by breaking the streams of water into smaller individual droplets. Virtually eliminating mishaps, the unit’s safety features include: a thermal actuator bleed valve, 230V thermostat cable double wrapped piping, 1.9 cm insulation surrounding piping and outside jacket to prevent freezing, as well as a universal emergency sign.
- Perfect for extreme weather conditions dropping down to -34.4° C
- Universal design allows for top or bottom water supply.
- Requires minimal maintenance and is equipped with test card to record weekly testing
- Reducing installation time, entire unit is pre-built and fully pressure tested
- Solid stainless steel pipe stanchion and galvanized fittings make for one sturdy piece of corrosive resistant equipment
- Rated ATEX Class IEC:EX IIC T6 Gb/ ATEX: EX II 2G. Tempering code T6
- EN 15154 compliant
Model 8317CTFP AXION ATEX is certified by CSA to meet the ANSI Z358.1 Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment. Model is CSA electrical certified.
