The Haws® 8300 AXION green PC combined safety shower with an ABS plastic safety shower head and an eyewash with a stainless steel basin meets the EN 15154 and ANSI Z358.1 standards. It is the optimal solution for industrial applications where flexible placement and additional protection are required. Thanks to the green powder coating, it offers increased resistance to environmental influences and mechanical stress.

The 8300 AXION green PC combination safety shower consists of an AXION® body shower and an AXION eyewash. The eyewash is activated by a push flag and reliably delivers a gentle stream of water to simultaneously rinse the eyes and face. The AXION nozzle of the body shower is activated by a pull rod and delivers a soft and homogeneous jet over the entire floor area. The unique AXION system avoids most of the problems that other systems have, to ensure safe first aid.

7601.37 – Portable Emergency Air Charged Eyewash

Hazardous chemical spills occur in isolated areas all over the world everyday and, Haws is working to position models like this pressurized 37 gallon (140 L) portable eyewash and body spray in such areas, providing a reliable source of safety for the irrigation process. More specifically, Model 7601.37 is able to do so by combining the use of twin soft-flo eyewash heads with a face and body-spray head.

8300FP AXION – Emergency Freeze Protected Shower and Eyewash

The Haws freeze protected 8300FP AXION combines the use of an ABS showerhead and anti-surge Soft-Flo eyewash heads for the irrigation process. Emergency combination unit is equipped with an in-line 50 x 50 mesh water strainer and pop-off dust covers, so when debris is present, the irrigation process stays protected. Virtually eliminating mishaps, the unit’s safety features include: universal emergency sign, high visibility stripe, two labeled push plates, and two self-draining bleed valves to protect from internal freezing.

7778B AXION – Wall mount eyewash – all stainless steel

The Haws® eye wash model 7778B AXION is the optimal solution for industrial applications where highest corrosion resistance is required. It complies to the standards EN 15154-2 and ANSI Z358.1. All components are made of stainless steel and makes this permanently installed eye wash extremely corrosion resistant and very rugged. The patented AXION® shower head delivers reliable a compliant water jet for rinsing simultaneously eyes and face. The unique, centered AXION water jet eliminates the main issues of other eye wash systems to provide proper first aid. Model 7778B AXION also includes a stainless steel wall bracket, yellow plastic pop-off dust cover for eye wash head and eye wash safety sign.

8901B AXION – Emergency Body Spray

Often times it is beneficial to have a hose unit like the 8901B AXION to assist in the irrigation process. The drench head can be easily activated with integral squeeze lever, providing a maximum coverage area for the body with its soft flowing streams of water. Unit is conveniently mounted using wall clips keeping the emergency equipment held firmly against the wall.

8901RFK AXION – Emergency Body Spray Kit

Model 8901RFK AXION body spray features a ABS plastic head, stay-open squeeze lever valve, 8 foot (243.8 cm) hose and installation kit. Kit includes clamp hook-up, tee clips and fitting for retrofit installation on most combination shower and eyewash units. Supply: 1/2″ IPS.

In order to comply with state codes the use of a vacuum breaker is required with all hand held body spray units (Haws offers model SP212) Per ANSI, “Hand held drench hoses provide support for emergency shower and eyewash units, but shall not replace them.”

8605WC AXION – AXION® MSR Booth Enclosed Shower and Eye/Face Wash

The Haws 8605WC AXION barrier-free enclosed combination shower and eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. AXION MSR also offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim of normal showerheads, making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow.
