The Haws 932X water hammer arrestor and piping kit series is specifically designed for compatibility with the Haws 9321CE, 9326CE, and 9327 CE Instantaneous Water Heaters. This comprehensive kit includes high-quality components such as stainless steel piping, a 1-1/4″ 316 stainless steel supply valve, and a Y strainer. Additionally, it features a lead-free bronze 1-1/4″ pressure regulating valve and a lead-free brass water hammer arrestor.
The water hammer arrestor plays a critical role in protecting the plumbing system by absorbing pressure surges caused by sudden changes in water flow, which occurs when the safety equipment is activated. This helps prevent damage to pipes, fittings, and connected instantaneous water heater, ensuring the longevity and reliable operation of the water heating system.
The 932X series offers 10 different kits tailored to meet varying requirements, depending on the size of the arrestor needed and whether the heater is ordered with or without support legs.
Designed for durability and compliance with industry standards, the Haws 932X piping kit series provides a reliable solution for maintaining water system integrity and enhancing the performance of Haws instantaneous water heaters.

9400 – Steam Water Heater for Safety Showers and Eyewashes (3–4 bar Steam)The Haws 9400 Steam Water Heater replaces hot water tanks when pressurized steam is available. When an emergency shower or eyewash is activated, the flow of water opens a steam control valve. The steam enters a brazed plate heat exchanger, instantly heating the water. An ASSE 1071 certified mixing valve blends hot and cold water to produce an output of 80° F (27° C ) tepid water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected. The steam valve will remain closed should there be a loss of water pressure.
