Freeze-Protected Safety Shower for Mild Frost Conditions
The Haws® 8300.158 AXION combined safety shower is specially designed for outdoor use in temperate climates. It combines a body safety shower with an AXION showerhead made of green ABS plastic and an eyewash with a stainless steel bowl – ideal for industrial facilities with occasional sub-zero temperatures. The integrated frost protection function provides reliable protection against freezing: an automatic valve drains the water as soon as the temperature in the shower reaches freezing point. This means that the unit is ready for use even during short-term cold spells without the need for permanent heating or manual drainage.
AXION® technology ensures first aid in accordance with EN 15154 and ANSI Z358.1 standards:
- The eyewash is activated by a push flag and delivers a gentle stream of water to flush the eyes and face simultaneously.
- The body shower is activated by a pull rod and distributes the water softly and evenly over the entire body surface.
